Frequently Asked Questions

Your Compass to the Perfect Island Experience

Do I need to book my expedition in advance?

Yes, we highly recommend booking ahead of time. Our tours often get fully booked 2–3 months in advance, especially during peak season. Lock in your slot early to avoid missing out!

How does the deposit and balance payment work?

To secure your spot, we require a 40% deposit upon booking. A few days before your trip, we’ll send you a link to pay the remaining 60% balance, which must be settled before departure.

Do we sleep on the boat?

Nope — after a full day of exploring, we arrive at one of our cozy beach basecamps just before sunset. You’ll rest in simple, native-style kubos right by the sea.

When is the best time to visit Palawan?

We operate tours from early October until the end of July. All trips during this period are good to go, although the shoulder months (October, July) may have a higher chance of rain.

What’s included in the Exodus Expedition experience?

We’ve got you covered! Your trip includes:
✔️ All entrance & environmental fees*
✔️ Accommodation in our basecamps
✔️ All meals, drinks (hot drinks and cold wine)
✔️ Snorkel gear, kayak & SUP use
✔️ Our local crew, onboard chef, and host
✔️ Unforgettable memories — the full Exodus vibe!

What’s not included?

Things like personal items (towels, bug spray, sunscreen), music speakers, and tips for the crew are not included. Also, the Eco-Tourism Development Fees (ETDF) for El Nido and Coron aren’t covered.

El Nido Environmental Fee – ₱400/person

Coron Environmental Fee – ₱200/person

If you’ve already paid the ETDF, kindly send us the ticket photo or Series Number.

I’ve booked my trip, but something came up. What now?

Life happens!

30 days or more before the trip? Your deposit is refundable, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Less than 30 days before the trip? The deposit is non-refundable, but if you’ve already paid the balance, we’ll refund that portion.
